Registration Information
Arrival Dates
While actual date of arrival will depend on where you are
travelling from, it is generally expected that Members will arrive
as follows:
District Chairs - Tuesday 2 / Wednesday 3
July
Presbyters - Wednesday 3 / Thursday 4 July
Lay Members and Deacons - Friday 5 July
Please do not arrive earlier than the dates set, as
accommodation may not be available for you.
Conference Ticketed Sessions
As a Representative, your badge will gain you entry to the
Opening of Conference and the Conference Sunday Worship. This year,
tickets to ordination services are only available through the
public ticketing system. There will not be an option in
the Members' registration process to select ordination
tickets.
Likewise, if you require tickets for your spouse, you
can obtain tickets through the public ticketing system.
Conference Meals
Breakfast is served at your accommodation.
With the exception of Sunday 7 July, lunch and dinner will be
provided for all Conference Members at Central Hall. Meal
allowances will only be paid for Sunday 7 July.
Since Westminster is not well-provided with inexpensive
restaurants and cafes, lunch this year will be supplied in the form
of lunch bags (sandwiches, cookie, fruit, drink). St James'
Park and the Embankment are among the pleasant picnic areas a short
walk away and there will be rooms set aside for Members who prefer
to stay indoors at lunchtime. Lunch bags are offered in meat,
fish and vegetarian options - should your requirements change after
you register, please notify the Conference Helpdesk when you
arrive.
A two-course dinner will be served daily in the Aldersgate Room
immediately after the end of the final session of the day.
For representatives arriving on Friday 5 July, dinner will be
served at Imperial Halls.
New to Conference?
There will be an introduction session for newly appointed
representatives at 12.45pm
on Saturday 6th July at Central Hall - room to be
announced.
