Accommodation Details

Most members and support staff of the Methodist Conference will stay at Imperial College Halls in South Kensington (SW7 2AZ). You will be staying in the Southside and Eastside Halls in Princes Gardens, in comfortable student bedsitting rooms with en-suite shower and WC and tea/coffee-making facilities. Double rooms will be available for Members who wish to bring a partner.

The excellent facilities include gardens, a convenience store, bank ATMs, cafes and a restaurant, guest lounge, multi-faith prayer room, laundry rooms and ironing facilities (bring your own detergent). The medical centre and dentist on site are open on week days.  There are free email terminals, and unlimited Wi-Fi access across the campus on payment of a £5 registration fee. 

Imperial Halls is a 10-minute walk from South Kensington Underground Station, which is served by the District & Circle and Piccadilly lines. 

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival and the Imperial Halls reception desk - in the Southside Building on Princes gardens - is open 24 hours.  For those arriving early, luggage can be stored securely until you can collect the key to your room.  If at all possible, please check in at your accommodation before coming to Central Hall - except on the last day of the Conference we will have very limited space to store luggage at Central Hall.
