The Conference handbook is a full colour A5 publication made available to all representatives and distributed free of charge to visitors to the event. We also offer the opportunity for inserts into the conference delegate bags (given to representatives and ordinands)

Fringe Events

The Methodist Conference is enhanced by a wide variety of organisations hosting their own fringe events outside the official programme. These meetings and events can be brought to the attention of representatives by coordinating with the Conference Arrangements Team. The Arrangements Team reserve the right to choose which meetings and and events they publicise.The Conference Arrangements team have access to a wide variety of venues with close proximity to both the Conference hall and the representative accommodation. For further details about these venues and how to promote your event, please contact the Fringe Events Coordinator.

The deadline for getting your Fringe event details into the Conference Handbook is 31 March 2010
