Chair - The Revd Graham Carter
Hilary Armstrong is the Member of Parliament for North West Durham. She was Minister of State in the Department of Environment, Transport and the Regions (1997-2001), Government Chief Whip (2001-2006) and Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office and Social Exclusion (2006-2007). She is also a Methodist local preacher.
Graham Carter is the Chair of the Darlington District. He was President of the Methodist Conference in 2006. |
