Holy Communion will be celebrated at South Cliff Methodist Church at 8am on Friday 4 July, Saturday 5 July, Monday 7 July, Tuesday 8 July and Thursday 10 July.

MET (Methodist Evangelicals Together) will meet for prayer daily at lunchtime in the Spa Theatre.

Friday 4 July
6pm Hartley Victoria College AGM at Westborough Methodist Church
7.15pm The Hartley College Old Students Reunion Meal (£5) -the meal is available to any members of Conference who wish to come to the lecture and who might find it more convenient to eat at the lecture venue.

Chair - The Revd Graham Carter
Hilary Armstrong is the Member of Parliament for North West Durham.  She was Minister of State in the Department of Environment, Transport and the Regions (1997-2001), Government Chief Whip (2001-2006) and Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office and Social Exclusion (2006-2007).  She is also a Methodist local preacher.
Graham Carter is the Chair of the Darlington District.  He was President of the Methodist Conference in 2006.
