The Conference is required to happen on an annual basis.

The Conference meets from Thursday lunchtime to Thursday lunchtime on or around the last week of June/ first week of July.

The 2012 Conference was held at Plymouth Pavilions from 28 June to 5 July

Webcasting

When not in Closed Session, the Representative Business is webcast live from the main auditorium. In addition, and for the benefit of friends and family, the service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance is also webcast live. An archive of videos is available following the Conference. These can be found alongside each item of business in the programme.
