Under the Standing Orders of the Methodist Church, the Conference is required to happen on an annual basis.

The event runs from Thursday lunchtime to Thursday lunchtime on or around the last week of June/ first week of July.

• The 2012 Conference will be held at Plymouth Pavilions from 28 June to 5 July
• Plymouth Pavilions, Millbay Road, Plymouth, PL1 3LF
